Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy: You have a 100% quality assurance guarantee on all of our products listed on the above online shop order page. Any refund would be as a result of previously paid purchases where you and Evergreen agree a refund is a relevant solution in the case of faulty product(s) produced by Evergreen. Your bank account details would be required for the refund deposit. Refunds may take up to 48 hours to process depending on your bank's policies. Refunds cover the cost or replacement of products and do not include courier or freight charges.
Cancellation Policy: If you change your mind after the purchase & payment of product via credit card & the order has not been dispatched, then a full refund less a 4% credit card clearing fee will be given. On direct payments to our bank account a full refund will be given. You can expect your refund within 48 hours as per the refund policy above just as long as the order has not been dispatched from our facility.
Service Delivery: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. If there are any holdups like temporary stock outages, then Evergreen will advise you of the status of your order. If product is received damaged you will be given all courier details upon request to make a claim with the courier company.
Privacy Policy: Your contact details are held by Evergreen for the courier of future orders & for communication with you only and not sold or passed onto any other organisation. Your credit card numbers are not passed on to Evergreen when you order.
